About the event
Become more technically sound, quicker, faster, stronger and more explosive player by joining this program. The Stellar Bright Star program is a soccer skill training and sports performance hybrid.
Bright Star Soccer is responsible for the soccer specific training and our Redline Athletics Idlewild specialists will take charge of the sports performance training.
The program is for players age 8-18.
8-10–Group 60 mins session. (30 mins soccer/30mins sport performance)
11-13-Group session lasting 90 minutes, with 45 minutes dedicated to soccer and 45 minutes focused on Sport Performance.
14-18–Group session lasting 90 minutes, with 45 minutes dedicated to soccer and 45 minutes focused on Sport Performance.

Ages 8-10
This ticket is for players between the ages of 8-10 years old. Sessions are 60 mins long with 30 mins spent on soccer training and the remaining 30 mins is reserved for Sports Performance training.
